Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seed
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 2 dates optional
  • 1 Tbsp goji berries optional
  • 1 Tbsp almonds optional
  • dash cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine all in a container with lid. Shake or stir and let sit overnight
  • Eat and enjoy
